Happy Halloween! It's our first Halloween in our new home. Not sure if this is a trick-or-treater neighborhood but we went all out and bought about $70 worth of candy and snacks for our would-be hobgoblins and ghouls! I was also in the mood to make a nice big Sunday dinner so I whipped up a delicious organic ham, candied organic yams, steamed organic green beans, and an organic baby spinach salad. For dessert I crafted a plump organic apple pie... Mmmm... time to grab a cuppa while we wait for the ghosties to come out! Xox <3 Udo
