that was an awesome talk about taking people into account for the major difference they make in doing their job with passion no matter what it is. people make a company succeed or fail depending on how much they connect and feel good about their job environment which helps their job feel worth it. If the only tool we have is a hammer then everything starts to look like a nail... need to count what we all value most. integrity, compassion, connectedness and look at the difference we make in the people we help every day bbb
